We are currently partnering with multiple clients across the advanced manufacturing and regulated production sectors who are seeking experienced Senior Quality Engineers to join their high-performing teams. These organisations are committed to operational excellence, offering the chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring product integrity and regulatory compliance within fast-paced, innovative environments.
In this position, you will take ownership of the end-to-end quality lifecycle, acting as a key partner in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to drive quality standards from initial design through to final production. Your daily focus will involve maintaining robust Quality Management Systems (QMS), leading root cause analysis and CAPA investigations, and providing technical guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement and strict adherence to industry regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IATF 16949).
- Proven expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action (CAPA) methodologies, such as 8D or 5 Whys.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, including APQP and PPAP.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools (e.g., SPC, MSA, Minitab).
- Experience conducting internal and supplier quality audits.
- Strong technical writing skills for the creation of SOPs, control plans, and validation protocols.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
