In this role, you will take ownership of defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality early in the development lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between manual exploratory testing and robust automated solutions, playing a pivotal role in mentoring team members, refining testing processes, and integrating automated suites into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless continuous delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in both manual and automated software testing for web, mobile, or desktop applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Extensive experience with API testing and associated tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Proficiency in defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA.
- Strong experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
