About the role
If you look at your monthly take-home and think it should be higher, this is a way to keep far more of what you bill. Myn lets experienced recruiters build their own business without set-up costs, using our platform, back office and network. We are growing by around ten new recruiters each month, and we want a medical contractor specialist to join them.
What you’ll be doing
Place medical contractors using live, pre-screened candidates from our AI-powered platform, so your time goes on clients rather than CV screening
Fill roles from the clients our business development campaigns win, and grow the relationships you already have
Win new contract clients in the medical sector alongside those campaigns
Negotiate terms and close contract deals
Sell roles you can’t fill yourself to the wider Myn network and earn commission when they place
Forecast your contract revenue and build a plan to scale your desk
What we’re looking for
At least 2 years as an agency recruiter, focused on contract roles in the medical sector (essential)
A proven record of negotiating and closing contract deals (essential)
Clients you can work with straight away, plus a target list of companies for the next six months
The ability to forecast contract revenue accurately
An entrepreneurial mindset and a clear plan to grow your own business
