The OpportunityYou will advise on a diverse portfolio of complex corporate transactions, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate disposals and acquisitions
- Corporate restructurings and recapitalisations
- Strategic partnerships and joint ventures
- Cross-border transactions
- Auction processes and takeover situations
- Equity capital markets transactions
- Private equity and venture capital investments
- General corporate advisory matters
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with clients ranging from fast-growth businesses and private equity sponsors to multinational corporations across a variety of sectors.

- 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate/M&A gained at a recognised law firm
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales, or eligibility to practise in England & Wales without sponsorship requirements
