The Opportunity

You will advise on a diverse portfolio of complex corporate transactions, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate disposals and acquisitions
  • Corporate restructurings and recapitalisations
  • Strategic partnerships and joint ventures
  • Cross-border transactions
  • Auction processes and takeover situations
  • Equity capital markets transactions
  • Private equity and venture capital investments
  • General corporate advisory matters

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with clients ranging from fast-growth businesses and private equity sponsors to multinational corporations across a variety of sectors.

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who possess:

  • 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate/M&A gained at a recognised law firm
  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales, or eligibility to practise in England & Wales without sponsorship requirements
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and client-facing ability
  • Outstanding organisational and project management capabilities
  • A strong academic background
