Our client is the UK's leading independent BEMS specialist — a rare breed in an industry dominated by global corporates. They deliver some of the most technically complex, high-value BMS projects in the country across landmark Central London buildings and critical infrastructure.
They are looking for a BMS Project Manager to join their Major Projects Division. You will own the full end-to-end delivery of multi-million-pound BMS installations — from handover through to commissioning and client sign-off — with full P&L accountability throughout.

- Proven end-to-end delivery of BMS or BEMS projects at scale

- Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics
- Strong stakeholder management at senior client level
- Proactive approach to H&S
- British National with a valid British Passport (mandatory)
- Commutable to Central London
