Our client, who has been redefining what’s possible in the built environment for 40 years, is looking for an experienced Audio-Visual Business Development Manager who is ready to lead, innovate, and unlock new opportunities in one of the most dynamic sectors in technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic new business development and account expansion (cross-sell & upsell).
- Build and grow a high-quality sales pipeline aligned to revenue and margin targets within Commercial real estate and landlords, Tenant fit-outs, Co-working and flexible office spaces, Life sciences, and Hospitality.
- Deliver consultative solution sales covering integrated AV, collaboration, digital signage, IPTV, control systems etc., and present tailored commercial proposals and lead contract negotiations.
- Influence senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
- Represent the client at industry events, client meetings, and key networking engagements.
Requirements:
- Proven success in AV and smart technology sales and a passion for innovation, emerging tech, and smart building ecosystems.
- Strong technical understanding across solutions such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, AMX, Atlona, SDVoE, Biamp, Bose, Yamaha, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, IPTV, DSP, digital signage and more.
- Commercial experience in corporate, real estate, hospitality or workplace transformation environments.
- The ability to consult, influence and build long-term partnerships.
- Confidence in presenting, negotiating and closing high-value opportunities.
