The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

Myn empowers top recruiters to build and grow their own businesses β€” with no upfront costs and no limits. We are creating an accelerated network of recruiters, first in the UK and then globally. This network is growing at a rate of ten new recruiters each month. The network is built on an AI Driven platform that cuts out any CV screening! Our AI Resourcer scores, ranks and matches every candidate – meaning that you get to spend more time with clients and closing deals and less time doing admin.

We want to speak to ambitious and hungry IT Recruiters, who are looking to 10x their earning potential. The accelerated network allows you to work roles that are passed to you from the business development team. This is a commission only role so it will suit aggressive, driven IT Recruiters with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Myn will provide you with everything you need to run your operation – Back-office support, AI Resourcer, active talent pools, CRM and ATS access and advertising on the most relevant jobs board.

  • 2+ years as an agency recruiter, focused on roles within the IT sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing deals.
  • Experience developing key accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Proven ability to forecast accurately on revenue generation.
  • Comfortable using a range of different tools to source for passive and active candidates.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from role qualification to offer acceptance.
