Recruitment Partner (Flexible, Part-Time)
Looking for a recruitment role that fits around your life—not the other way round?
At Myn, we believe great recruiters come from all kinds of backgrounds and don't always want a traditional 9–5.
Whether you've worked in agency recruitment, internal recruitment, executive search, RPO or Talent Acquisition, if you enjoy speaking to people, spotting talent and building relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
We're building a growing community of independent recruitment Partners and are looking for someone to help us attract the next generation of recruiters joining Myn.
Why This Role?
This is a genuinely flexible opportunity designed around outcomes rather than hours.
We're looking for someone who can commit to the equivalent of around three days per week, although when and how those hours are worked can be discussed.
The role is primarily commission-based, supported by a retainer, making it ideal for someone who wants flexibility while continuing to earn from recruitment.
It could suit someone looking to balance work alongside other commitments, someone building a portfolio career, or an experienced recruiter who no longer wants the pressure of a traditional full-time recruitment role.
What You'll Do
- You'll manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey, including:
- Screening and qualifying prospective Myn Partners
- Conducting initial interviews
- Scheduling interviews with leadership
- Managing candidate communications
- Coordinating feedback throughout the process
- Managing offers and onboarding
- Completing referencing and compliance checks
- Building and maintaining talent pools

- Helping continuously improve the recruitment process
- We're Looking For Someone Who…
- Has recruitment experience in any environment, whether agency, internal recruitment, RPO, executive search or Talent Acquisition
- Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
- Can recognise quality recruiters and strong commercial potential
- Is organised and able to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
- Works well independently
- Takes ownership and enjoys improving processes
- Wants flexibility without stepping away from recruitment
- What Success Looks Like
Success isn't simply about making hires. It's about helping Myn build a strong, engaged community of recruitment Partners by:
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Building a healthy pipeline of future Partners
- Maintaining high-quality talent pools
- Improving recruitment processes
- Supporting Myn's growth towards its next milestone
What We Offer
- Genuine flexibility around when you work
- A commission-led earning model with a modest retainer
- The opportunity to help shape how recruitment is delivered at Myn
