The Role: The successful candidate will be working on a broad range of commercial and residential property matters, including landlord and tenant and asset management matters, development projects, investment sales and purchases, and the real estate aspects of property finance for both borrowers and lenders. Clients will include a wide range of private investors and developers, family offices, urban estates, financial institutions and occupiers.

- Technically able and self-motivated commercial and residential conveyancing Property Lawyer NQ-4PQE
- The varied work is stimulating and requires a lively, analytical mind and an awareness and understanding of commercial and residential issues
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail. (NQ's will have supervision)
- Confident in dealing with high profile and highly valued clients
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Able to be pro-active and "drive" transactions to meet tight deadlines.
