The Opportunity You will advise on a diverse portfolio of complex corporate transactions, including: Mergers and acquisitions Corporate disposals and acquisitions Corporate restructurings and recapitalisations Strategic partnerships and joint ventures Cross-border transactions Auction processes and takeover situations Equity capital markets transactions Private equity and venture capital investments General corporate advisory matters The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with clients ranging from fast-growth businesses and private equity sponsors to multinational corporations across a variety of sectors. About You We are keen to speak with candidates who possess: 1β3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate/M&A gained at a recognised law firm Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales, or eligibility to practise in England & Wales without sponsorship requirements Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills Strong commercial awareness and client-facing ability Outstanding organisational and project management capabilities A strong academic background Why Apply?
