Position: Contractor Recruiter – AI/ML
Location: Fully Remote
Earnings: £200,000 - £240,000 / year
We are creating an accelerated network of recruiters which is growing at a rate of ten new recruiters each month. The network is built on an AI powered platform that cuts out any CV screening so you can spend more time with clients and closing deals, and less time doing admin. We want to speak to ambitious and hungry Contractor Recruiters who are looking to 10x their earning potential.

What you will bring:
- 2+ years as an agency contract recruiter, focused on roles within the Fintech / AI or Blockchain industries.
- Passion for business development and winning new clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing deals.
- Clients that you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you want to target in the next six months.
- Proven ability to forecast accurately on revenue generation.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale.
