Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

Salary: £50-70K plus excellent benefits package

Responsibilities

  • Support and progress commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and renewables.
  • Draft and review key legal documents: contracts, transfers, lease agreements.
  • Prepare and submit Land Registry applications and handle post-completion formalities.
  • Carry out property searches and provide accurate analysis to support client and internal decision-making.
  • Manage client correspondence, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Organise and maintain client files in line with regulatory and firm compliance standards.
  • Provide administrative support across the property team when required.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Property Solicitor, you will be an integral member of our property department, while developing your own caseload. You will be involved in a broad range of matters and be expected to demonstrate initiative, commercial awareness, and an ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
