Responsibilities
- Support and progress commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and renewables.
- Draft and review key legal documents: contracts, transfers, lease agreements.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications and handle post-completion formalities.
- Carry out property searches and provide accurate analysis to support client and internal decision-making.
- Manage client correspondence, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Organise and maintain client files in line with regulatory and firm compliance standards.
- Provide administrative support across the property team when required.
