Living within 40 miles of Heathrow Airport, you will have:
- Proven experience in BMS design and systems such as Trend and Tridium.
- A solid understanding of HVAC systems and building services.
- Strong AutoCAD and document management skills.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- A willingness to complete a DBS check.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering robust, high‑quality design solutions across a range of airport infrastructure projects.
- Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless system integration and exceptional performance.
- Developing complete BMS design solutions from concept to installation.
- Interpreting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC specifications and drawings.
- Designing in compliance with Heathrow’s standards and protocols.
- Generating and managing detailed documentation including points lists, equipment and valve schedules, and O&M manuals.
- Specifying and procuring BMS hardware, software, and field equipment.
- Liaising with panel manufacturers and reviewing panel schematics.
- Attending factory acceptance tests and maintaining design updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring designs are delivered on time and within budget.
