MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with their new Mid-Ulster client who provide a range of expert installation, repair, and replacement services for customers who would like roof Velux roof windows. Due to a current surge in demand, they wish to recruit an Experienced Surveyor/Sales Support to join their growing team. Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Identify, profile, analyse and implement new sales opportunities in NI and ROI Talk to on the phone, visit in person all manner of domestic customers in order to sell the best products to them. Talk to on the phone, visit in person all manner of Business Partners in order to create partnerships. We are not a cold calling company, however, actively undertake lead generation activities in line with the business needs. Price jobs competitively in line with company pricing structure. Produce proposals for clients using the company's CRM system. Follow up with clients in a timely manner to drive successful sales. Locate new, manage existing, win and grow key partnerships throughout Northern Ireland and R.O.I. Work to targets and KPIs as requested. Attend trade shows and events as and when required. This will include some weekend working. Be flexible with working times to ensure we make contact with clients. This will include some evening and weekend work. Make best use of sales techniques to overcome barriers to sale. Consult with team members including the sales admin support team, the yard team, the tradesmen and scheduler to aid sales and provide clients with key data to aid sales. At all times be aware of the current sales position against targets and have a plan in place to address performance. To actively work within and promote the companies Values. In doing so promote the Company in a proactive and positive manner at all times. Undertake survey visits and virtual survey calls. Collect key information including videos and photos to ensure all jobs can be completed first time every time. Using current regulations and guidance ensure jobs can be undertaken. Communicate with a high level of accuracy all measurements and considerations. Be prepared and able to gain access to measure in tight spaces e.g. attic spaces. Attend sales meetings and actively lead and report on agreed sales KPIs. Maintain detailed records as required using agreed methods. Complete KPI reports as required. Using the CRM system keep proper and up to date records of all communications with leads and clients Essential Criteria: Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the construction industry. Proven experience within the Construction Industry, preferably in roof construction. Proven experience in telephone led sales. Experience in working successfully to targets and KPIs. Essential experience in lead generation especially in challenging times. Proven experience in taking the lead and positively influencing others. Ideally have created quotes and take payments over the phone and in person.
