Monday Thursday 8am 5pm Friday 8am 2pm MYM Recruitment are excited to be working with our new Magherafelt client who due to a rapidly growing order book and continued expansion as a company, require a Sales Support Coordinatorfor an immediate start. The role will provide essential support within the companys sales process, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Process quotes and sales orders for Product Manager efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery. Complete specification sheet from quotation and update production plan when order is confirmed. Coordinate chassis and crane due dates and ensure they correlate with production schedule Work with Product Manager to understand spec and lead time of specialist parts required for build, ensuring it coincides with production plan. Liaise with customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information on their order progress, expected completion date, arranging delivery/collection of finished products. Collate information for IVA (Individual Vehicle Approval) procedure, booking and arranging transport of vehicle to test centre. Record customer and payment details and raise invoice upon completion of build and issue to customer. Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions on database. Provide administrative support by preparing reports, tracking sales metrics, and organising schedules. Essential Criteria: Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with customers. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
