Working Hours: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday 9-5
Responsibilities:
- x4 band 6 mental health practitioners (CPN/OT/social worker) needed to manage large case load size in the north CRT.
- Care coordination, CPA, safeguarding.

- 6 months Healthcare experience
- Right to work in the UK
