Job Role: Charge Nurse
Band: 5
Working Hours: Shifts will vary depending on the rota. Shift timings are early: 07:30-15:30, late: 13:00-21:00, night: 20:30-08:00
Duration: 11/11/2022 – Extensions available 3 monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Shift co-ordination and allocation
- Medication (JAC trained)
- Risk assessment
- Care planning
- Report writing
- Attendance at MDT meetings
Skills:
- Experience of CAMHS inpatient setting preferred
- Enhanced DBS
- Experience of shift co-ordination
- For band 6 staff should have enough experience to be the senior nurse on duty
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- 6 months Healthcare experience
- Right to work in the UK
- References covering last 3 years of clinical employment
- NMC Registration
- Overseas Police Check, if any
- Indemnity Insurance
- Up to date CV
