How to prepare for a job interview at Mylocum Group

Know Your Stuff

Make sure you brush up on your rheumatology knowledge and general medicine principles. Be prepared to discuss specific cases you've handled, as well as the latest treatments and guidelines in the field. This shows you're not just qualified but genuinely passionate about your specialty.

Practice Makes Perfect

Rehearse common interview questions with a friend or in front of a mirror. Focus on articulating your experiences clearly, especially around patient consultations and surgical procedures. The more comfortable you are with your answers, the more confident you'll appear during the actual interview.

Dress the Part

Even if the interview is virtual, dress professionally. A smart appearance can boost your confidence and make a great first impression. Remember, you're applying for a role that involves leading a medical team, so looking the part is essential.
