JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • PMVA Trained – Essential
  • Minimum 3 years in the country
  • 6 Months as a mental health support worker – Essential
  • 2 years of references – Essential
  • Experience with children between the age 11-18 – Essential
  • Right to work in the UK – Essential
  • A Registered DBS (On Update service) – Desirable
  • Immunisation (Serology reports of Hep B Antibody- within the last 5 years with titre level, Measles, Rubella, Mumps, Varicella, TB/BCG Scar) – Essential
  • A full UK driving license – Essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide high-quality care to individuals with complex needs in a safe and secure environment.
  • Effectively manage and de-escalate situations involving violence or aggression.
  • Administer medications, assist with personal care, and perform other healthcare tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and daily activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a similar role working in violent and aggressive environments is essential.
  • Must be available on short notice to accommodate changing schedules.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to evolving client needs.
  • Local candidates preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required.
