We are seeking a knowledgeable and highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team. The pharmacist will play a crucial role in patient care by counselling patients on medication usage and potential side effects, as well as collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimise medication therapy.
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 months of Healthcare experience as a Pharmacist
- Right to work in the UK
- References covering the last 3 years of clinical employment
- AHPs should have 1 year of experience
- HCPC registered
- Overseas Police Check, if any
- Indemnity Insurance
- Up-to-date CV

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide medication therapy management by reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness, monitoring for drug interactions, and advising patients on proper medication usage.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to optimize patient medication therapy and ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles, including allergies and medication history.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and proper storage of medications.
