What You Will Do
As Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you will lead a global team of sales operations specialists and analysts responsible for data, systems and insights that empower the sales organization. You will report to the Director of Sales Operations and play a key role in shaping sales strategy, capitalising on revenue opportunities and driving the commercial success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of at least 5 sales operations professionals.
- Evaluate current structures and implement changes to create a unified, scalable tactical sales operations team.
- Execute the sales operations strategy by identifying process enhancements and translating data analysis into actionable business recommendations to the Revenue Team.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of key reports and dashboards for sales leadership, including forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to manage and enforce global sales processes, ensuring adherence and a smooth roll‑out of new procedures.
- Act as a key point of contact for the sales team, providing support on the Salesforce lead‑to‑quote‑to‑cash process and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively prioritising tasks and communicating progress on key initiatives to senior leadership.
- Define the “Lighthouse way” of working by integrating AI into the role, such as using AI to prioritise the sales pipeline, automate routine financial reconciliations, or extract faster insights from commercial data.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
- Experience working within a complex sales organisation with multiple roles (SDRs, AEs, AMs).
- Experience in a high‑growth tech or SaaS company, particularly one that has undergone M&A activity.
- Demonstrated team‑management experience and passion for leading and developing high‑performing individuals.
- Mandatory, in‑depth experience with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data and analysis into actionable business insights.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- AI‑curious professional who actively explores generative AI and automation to optimise workflows.

- Familiarity with Looker or other data‑visualisation tools.
