Across Canterbury, Herne Bay, Whitsatble, Thanet, Dover and Deal. Office based Wednesday - Sunday 9am -5pm and on call duties.
Overview
Are you currently a Care Assistant looking to take the next step into care? MyLifeis a leading national provider of home care, providing individualized packages of care to support and enable people to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own home and is looking to recruit a Supervisor to join our great team based in Canterbury.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Have good planning and organisation skills.
- Be punctual and flexible.
- Have the confidence to work alone and as part of a team.
- Have an understanding of the care sector.
- Experience within the Health and Social Care Sector.
- Hands on care experience.
- Familiar with care plans (Full training will be given on writing needs and risk assessments).
- Participate in the out-of-hours on call service (must have access to own transport).
Qualifications & Experience
- Providing care: 1 year (preferred).
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred).
- Driving Licence: preferred.
- Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK. Employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory references.
