Role
As a server at MyLahore, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding guest experience, ensuring guests are safely looked after, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a mile-wide smile and attention that shows enthusiasm.
- Ensure tables are set and look spick and span for guests.
- Present menus, discuss options, and explain dish preparation.
- Make menu suggestions tailored to guests’ preferences.
- Work closely with team members to provide a fun and successful day.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with good humor.
- Be attentive, topping up drinks and offering additional suggestions to enhance the experience.
- Ensure guests finish satisfied before handling billing and payment.
- Thank guests for dining and share the restaurant’s value.
- Maintain guest areas, including toilets, tables, and personal hygiene standards.
- Adapt to new tasks requested by managers or colleagues.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and shift briefings, contributing ideas for improvement.
