- Has a strong ability to prioritise and execute, driven by business impact, and is quick on their feet when it comes to addressing operational needs and solving problems
- Has an active interest in AI; we’re looking to hire someone who is curious about how LLMs work, comfortable getting into the weeds on model behaviour, and excited to be working at the frontier of what AI can do in professional services
- Has an exceptional work ethic, with a relentless focus on operational excellence and a bias to action
- Is a collaborative team player with strong and clear opinions they are unafraid to share to make things better
- Is highly responsive and has excellent communication and presentation skills
