More about your role:
- You will carry out work on individual properties and communal areas as directed by your supervisor, including general repairs.
- You'll conduct pre- and post-inspections, recording actions and outcomes.
- You'll assist with scheduling work and monitor your own expenditure, keeping accurate records while focusing on cost-efficiency and providing value for money to customers.
- You'll supervise and train apprentices when appropriate and undertake training as directed by your supervisor.
- All work must be completed in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
