As a Retail Customer Advisor at Three UK, you will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting each customer's unique needs as they enter your store. Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer journey through meaningful interactions, that leave our customers feeling positive and valued.

- Performance Enhancement: Achieve personal and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
- Solution Efficiency: Provide personalised solutions for customers with general mobile or network-related enquiries, ensuring a resolution is given promptly.
