Co-ordinating agile teams across both hotels and guiding them to deliver seamless, personalised service. Leading with warmth and clarity you will hold space for team growth and head the delivery of exceptional guest experience.What does the role look like? Leading from the front during peak times - keeping flow and energy positive and efficient, seeing the sunset and sunrise in each business each week. Creating a strong operational rhythm with adaptable plans that work across both hotels. Ensuring our guest experience is thoughtful, informed, and unforgettable. Coaching our teams to deliver exceptional service ensuring billing, payments, and systems are accurate and smooth. Championing recruitment, onboarding, and team development with seasonal awareness. Working closely with our leadership team to support the broader success of our people and business. Using feedback, data (including Net Promoter Scores), and team insights to drive continuous improvement. A confident communicator with experience in performance management. A strategic thinker who doesn\'t mind rolling up their sleeves when needed. Passionate about creating memorable, meaningful guest journeys from start to finish. Excellent with English oral and written communication skills, exhibiting exceptional attention to detail.
