About the job Account-based Marketing Specialist We are looking for an Account-based Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimise our account-based marketing campaigns across email and digital channels. Promoting an exciting suite of B2B SaaS solutions to the telecoms market, you will drive Account-based Marketing programmes and new lead generation, providing the crucial bridge between marketing and sales. This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite in London), sponsorship is not offered Role and ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver Account-based Marketing (ABM) programmesCollaborate with Sales team to agree and prioritise target accountsIdentify key stakeholders and account pain points to create personalised content and dedicated landing pagesPlan and execute ABM campaigns, including email sequences, social media, paid ads and retargetingMeasure and report performance of ABM campaigns, including account engagement scoring and pipeline generatedIdentify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insightsCollaborate with internal teams and 3rd party suppliers to create and curate content, landing pages and optimise user experienceEssential Experience3-5 years of experience in B2B software marketingMinimum 1-2 years delivering Account-based Marketing (ABM) programmesDemonstrable experience managing marketing databases, email and social media campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and pain points, and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExperience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation Hands-on experience of using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)Experience working with email marketing platforms (e.g. Dotdigital, MailChimp)Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Essential Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingAttention to detailWell organised and self-motivatedThrive on ownership and responsibilityEducationEducated to degree level (or equivalent) Minimum of 2:1 in Marketing or a related fieldDesirableExperience working with specialist ABM platforms (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase)Experience working with Marketing Automation and Conversational Marketing toolsExperience working with website content management systems (CMS)Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google AnalyticsAdditional Language
