You will incorporate a disruptive e-commerce agency founded in 2014 and based in Central London. Our client, growing across Europe, provides to its customers recurrent services such as administrative support, cloud storage or legal advisory. You will be immersed in a proactive and human oriented working environment. You will grow within a young and dynamic team united in a start-up atmosphere.
Your main responsibility will be to monitor the e-reputation of our customers; you will plan and deliver online reputation campaigns, take actions to improve the positive image of the brands using various digital marketing tools (blogs, forums, etc.), create content dedicated to SEO, manage communication crises, edit regular reports, etc.
Qualifications: With a solid experience in a reputation agency and a technical understanding of web processes and online marketing (SEO and social media channels), you are able to work with different B2B as well as B2C customers. Your knowledge of the social web (social networks, photo/video sharing, blogs, forums, ratings, etc.) will be key in your handling of your day-to-day work and success.
Additional Information: You have a proven track record in online reputation, ideally a first experience as a team manager. You are fluent in French and/or English.
