Cencora is seeking a Secure MA&D Principal to lead pre-close cybersecurity due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will identify cyber risks, estimate remediation costs, manage third-party diligence partners, and support Day 1 readiness planning.
The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity/risk, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate technical findings into business impact. A PMP/CRISC or higher is preferred.
