About the Role
As a Creative Artworker you will be strong in layout and production with advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and working knowledge of PowerPoint. You will join a collaborative Studio team to bring creative concepts to life across print and digital media on healthcare projects.
What You\’ll Do
- Assist with type corrections and file preparation daily.
- Collaborate with Creative team to develop layouts for existing brands.
- Recommend design solutions across digital and print media.
- Create graphs and charts in brand style using provided data.
- Apply retouching and photo manipulation, including AI tools such asAdobe Firefly.
- Build and modify interactivity within digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date with typography, colour, composition, and technique to deliver original work.
- Check artwork and layouts for completeness and agency standards compliance.
- Maintain an organised file system across accounts.
- Prioritise workload to meet multiple deadlines; keep supervisors updated on status.
- Prepare print-ready final artwork for a wide range of deliverables; develop digital and printed comps as needed.
- Remain focused and organized in a fast-paced environment; demonstrate a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
About You
- Proven experience in a studio or agency environment with both print and digital projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of preparing artwork for print production and digital delivery, including file setup and final output.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with image retouching, photo manipulation (including AI tools like Adobe Firefly), and creating data visualisations.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
