Your Future Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of delivering end-to-end digital and IT projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations.
  • Combine agile leadership with strong delivery governance, guiding teams through the full lifecycle while managing risks, budgets, and dependencies.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, provide clear reporting, and ensure delivery aligns with both client needs and commercial objectives.
  • Act as a servant leader to agile teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment where continuous improvement is embedded.
  • Coach teams, enhance ways of working, and contribute to successful project outcomes and long-term client value.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Deliver end-to-end projects across digital and IT services
  • Manage & Control scope, timelines, budgets, and quality
  • Facilitate & Coach Agile ceremonies and team practices
  • Identify & Mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Engage & Influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Report & Forecast delivery progress and performance
  • Support & Contribute to bids, proposals, and business growth
  • Develop & Mentor team members and promote delivery excellence

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Experience delivering complex IT or digital transformation projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and governance
  • Ability to balance servant leadership with delivery accountability
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira (desirable)
  • Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM) (desirable)
