About the Role
Join our acute nursing team at The Wellington Hospital, the UK's largest private hospital. In this 14‑bed Acute Medical Ward you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care, supporting patients with acute medical conditions in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans
- Provide continuous monitoring and clinical support to patients, responding swiftly to changes in condition
- Administer medications and assist with diagnostic procedures
- Collaborate with consultants, allied health professionals, and families throughout the hospital journey
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures and participate in quality improvement initiatives
