Location: The Wellington Hospital
Hours: This is a full-time role working 37.5hrs per week (Unit open between 8am - 10pm Monday - Sunday) so will need flexible working between these times.

We are looking for a Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Urgent Care Centre at the Wellington Hospital, currently rated "Good" by the CQC. Working as a Sister in UCC you will provide day to day responsibility within the Urgent Care Centre services within the hospital, providing a visible and authoritative presence in a clinical setting. You will provide and strengthen clinical leadership within defined areas by acting as a positive role model, who practices evidence-based care, to ensure high standards of clinical care. As the Sister/Charge Nurse in UCC you will prioritise nursing needs, recognise and elevate patient deterioration promptly, while maintaining accurate, up-to-date records. You will demonstrate clinical skills under the direction of the Ward Matron, promote high-quality nursing practice, and foster positive relationships with staff, other departments and visitors to support good morale within the unit.

What You'll Bring
- Registered Nurse Level 1 with active NMC registration
