We are looking for a Front of House Manager â Operations to help deliver safe, welcoming and exceptional events for artists, promoters and audiences.
Event delivery & duty management
- Act as Duty Manager for events, overseeing onâsite teams to ensure safe operations and excellent service.
- Be part of the on-call rota, responding to outâofâhours incidents and enquiries when required.
Event planning & coordination
- Manage the planning and advance of designated events, including staffing and scheduling.
- Ensure all activity meets licensing requirements and venue policies.
Team leadership & development
- Motivate, train and support Front of House teams to deliver high standards of service.
- Recruit new Front of House team members and support their onboarding.
Health, safety & wellbeing
- Champion health and safety, ensuring policies, training and risk assessments are followed.
- Support incident management and continuous improvement of safety standards.
Client & promoter relationships
- Build strong working relationships with promoters, organisers and clients.
- Deliver all contractual commitments and lead site visits for new clients.
Customer Experience & Improvement
- Actively promote a welcoming and inclusive guest experience at every touchpoint.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely investigation and followâup.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing medium to largeâscale events in a live or comparable venue.
- First Aid qualification.
- Strong commercial awareness with confident negotiation skills.
- A valid Personal Licence.
- IOSH certification.
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- A strong focus on guest experience.
- A flexible and committed approach to working hours.
You'll be based at the venue in Wolverhampton. You will need to be available to work 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.
