AEG Presents opened the doors to our newest live entertainment venue – Watford Colosseum – back in September. We're now looking to add to our existing amazing Front of House team, with like-minded vibrant, people-loving Front of House Assistants to be the welcoming face for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming & Guiding Guests: You’ll be the friendly face guests meet first – scanning tickets, helping them find their seats, and ensuring everyone feels welcome, including our access customers. You’ll also keep public areas like the foyer and auditorium looking their best at all times.
- Delivering First-Class Service at the Bar: Working across our bars, you’ll serve drinks efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless experience. From pulling pints to managing cash, you’ll help keep the good times flowing.
- Supporting Behind the Scenes: You’ll lend a hand wherever it’s needed – whether that’s selling programmes and merchandise, running the cloakroom on event nights, or jumping in to support colleagues and guests with whatever comes up. Every shift is different – and you’ll thrive on the variety.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally with bar or cash handling duties.
- A natural ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure – especially during busy show nights.
- A genuine passion for delivering a Best-In-Class service and making people feel welcome.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and at short notice – live events don’t follow a 9-5!
- A proactive, positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
Where You’ll be based: at the venue in Watford. You must be available to work evenings and weekends at events (5 pm-11 pm).
When: We’ll be holding interviews in May and looking for people to start work with us in June 2026.
Job Details: You will need to be able to work the majority of our events.
