Warehouse Supervisor

Position Overview

Apply for the Warehouse Supervisor role at myGwork – LGBTQ+ Business Community. This position is based in New Brighton, United Kingdom, and reports to the Director, Distribution Center. It is an on‑site role within Radiometer, a Danaher operating company that builds medical devices and diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices and components.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Implement and promote LEAN principles (5S, Kaizen, visual management, standard work) to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and warehouse cycle times.
• Manage documentation according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ensure accurate data entry in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems and ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Axapta for order management and inventory control.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a regulated environment (medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar).
• Experience with medical‑grade inventory handling, lot/batch tracking, and sterile packaging protocols.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $90,000 to $100,000. Eligible for bonus/incentive pay. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
