We're looking for a Client Services Assistant – CMS (Promoter) to join us on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This role plays a key part in managing and delivering customer‑facing content across AXS websites, ensuring event information is accurate, engaging and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

  • Managing website and event content
  • Build, update and maintain event listings, promotional pages, images and copy across AXS platforms
  • Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, on‑brand and aligned with SEO best practice
  • Quality checks and content delivery
  • Carry out regular checks to ensure pages, links and content work as expected
  • Ensure updates are completed correctly, documented clearly and shared with the right teams
  • Supporting events and on‑sales
  • Support Client Services Managers with event builds, on‑sales and ongoing event management
  • Assist with preparing events for on sale, including checking timings, links and configurations
  • Cross‑team collaboration and issue resolution
  • Work closely with Marketing, Content, Fulfilment and other teams to support a great customer experience
  • Help investigate issues, identify root causes, elevate where needed and support timely resolution

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast‑paced team environment
  • Knowledge of event ticket sales, ticketing technology or the live events industry
  • Experience using a web content management system
  • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Location

This role is based in our London Head Office near London Bridge station. We work 3 days in the office (Tues‑Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
