AEG EUROPE (AEG, AXS) is inviting a BI Analyst to join our dynamic team in London. The role involves shaping product strategy, driving execution and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain intuitive Looker dashboards, Looks, and Explores that support day‑to‑day decision-making across the business.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into clear, well‑defined analytics solutions.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and key drivers, communicating insights through clear visuals and commentary.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating outputs and collaborating with analytics and data engineering teams.

What You Bring

  • Hands‑on experience delivering self‑service analytics in a modern BI tool (ideally Looker), with strong SQL skills.
  • Experience working with semantic or metrics layers (e.g. LookML) and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Ability to interpret data and clearly explain insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a collaborative environment.

Location

You’ll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge Station. We work three days in the office (Tuesday‑Thursday) and two days from home (Monday and Friday). Flexible start and end times are offered, and we welcome flexible working conversations.
