You'll be part of our global analytics engineering function, working towards a shared analytics codebase that supports all regions and markets.

Responsibilities

  • Analytics Engineering & Data Modelling: Apply engineering best practices to build well-defined, tested, documented, and reviewed data sets; design and maintain analytics layers that support real-time insights across B2C environments; define and build core data models spanning business, marketing, finance, and other domains; help plan, define, and develop models such as marketing attribution, pricing, and inventory optimisation.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Product teams to understand the data behind key metrics; collaborate across the organisation, as well as with clients and external partners, to understand data and analysis needs; operate as part of a global function, supporting consistent analytics approaches across all markets.
  • Platform & Data Integration: Identify and integrate new data sources in partnership with relevant teams; contribute to a shared analytics codebase that supports scalable and repeatable solutions.
  • Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Work through complex data problems and contribute to practical, scalable solutions; support best practices around data quality, testing, monitoring, and governance.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with dbt.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience building analytics layers used across B2C organisations.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, ideally Snowflake.
  • Experience using Git for version control.
  • Solid understanding of data best practices, including hygiene, modelling, testing, and monitoring.
  • Experience defining and working with core data models (business, marketing, finance, etc.).
  • An approach that shows initiative, curiosity, and a focus on finding scalable solutions.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, both strategic and tactical.

Why Join AXS?

You'll be part of a global organisation at the heart of live entertainment, working with collaborative teams, modern data tools, and analytics that have meaningful impact. You'll also be joining a company recognised as one of the UK's best places to work.
