Location and Hours
Location: Stoke + (Hybrid)
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to identify opportunities to build and retain customer business.
- Support account management of the VodafoneThree Business customer base and identify new revenue opportunities within the base through leads.
- Ensure customer needs and VodafoneThree goals are met, driving NPS improvement through end‑to‑end customer experience.
