We have a great new role for a Technical Lead – Fixed Digital Network Products to join our Digital Network Transformation team. The Fixed Domain Technical Lead provides end‑to‑end technical leadership across Fixed digital network products, ensuring high‑quality design, delivery, and operation of services for residential and business customers.

This role spans Lead‑to‑Cash and Trouble‑to‑Resolve journeys, aligned with digital end‑state architecture and TM Forum frameworks. The role is a technical authority for Fixed network products, guiding multiple supplier deliveries, influencing design decisions, and ensuring products are secure, scalable, and performant. This includes testing hypotheses, defining design constraints, best practices, and enabling automation across the domain.
