Responsibilities
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for student and entry-level positions across Moody’s Corporation
- Leverage knowledge of recruiting sources and implement innovative strategies and events to attract top-tier candidates
- Meticulously track recruiting activity and leverage data to identify trends for continuous improvement
- Maintain relationships and manage event strategies with key universities
- Oversee various aspects of Moody’s internship programs
About the team: Moody’s is looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to join our Early Careers Talent Attraction team. This recruiter will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by helping recruit for and manage our various Early Careers programs. This recruiter will primarily cover positions and programs the EMEA region while working alongside a global team. The role will require travel to universities and events across Europe.
