Overview
This job is with RS Group, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. Location: This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London office.
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Social Impact Manager to join our Social Impact team. In this exciting role, you’ll lead the global STEM engagement and inclusion programme, designed to inspire and support diverse future engineers, technologists, and innovators. You’ll play a key role in advancing our 2030 ESG goals and building brand advocacy across our global ecosystem.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop a global STEM engagement and inclusion strategy aligned to RS’s ESG, People, and brand priorities.
- Launch and manage the Better World Fund to support global STEM education and inclusion projects.
- Create a 5-year roadmap to 2030, including KPIs, investment plans, and governance.
- Deliver end-to-end programme management, including partnerships with universities and community organisations.
- Support global markets to develop and scale local STEM initiatives.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and third-party delivery partners.
About You
- Deep understanding of STEM education, inclusion, and social impact.
- Proven experience designing and delivering strategic programmes with measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across diverse audiences.
- Skilled in storytelling and content development to drive engagement and advocacy.
- Confident in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and partnerships.
- Experienced in defining KPIs and delivering transparent, data-driven reporting.
