Job Title: Senior Health & Wellbeing Physiologist
Location: Roodlane Medical, Central London
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
Salary: £42,500 - £51,059 (DOE)

We\'re seeking a Senior Health & Wellbeing Physiologist to take a leading role in our Health & Wellbeing service, working with high-profile corporate clients in Central London.
This is a unique opportunity to blend advanced clinical expertise with strategic programme delivery - advising clients, mentoring colleagues, and driving innovation in workplace health.
What You\'ll Do
- Serve as a clinical expert in physiology, preventative health, and wellbeing.
- Lead on the design, delivery and evaluation of wellbeing programmes - from health assessments to targeted workshops.
- Partner with clients to understand their workforce needs, shaping interventions on topics such as sleep, nutrition, mental wellbeing, menopause, and men\'s health.
- Deliver high-quality consultations, presentations, and webinars, adapting your approach to suit diverse audiences.
- Mentor and support junior physiologists, promoting clinical excellence and consistency.
- Provide expert interpretation of health data, producing actionable recommendations alongside clinical colleagues.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness through participation tracking, outcomes measurement, and client reporting.
- Contribute to innovation by supporting new wellness services, digital health tools, and proactive campaigns (e.g. flu vaccinations).
- Champion continuous improvement by sharing insights with the wider Health & Wellbeing team.
What You\'ll Bring
- Degree in Physiology, Health & Exercise Science, Health Coaching or related field.
- Proven experience in private healthcare within a health and wellbeing service.
- Advanced knowledge of preventative health, nutrition, physical activity, and mental wellbeing.
- Strong track record in conducting health assessments and translating results into impactful advice.
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence, inspire and adapt across audiences.
- Organisational and leadership capability, with experience supporting and mentoring peers.
