Salary: £49,000 depending on experience. This role also has paid overtime available.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the maturation of platform requirements.
- Analyzing requirements to ensure traceability.
- Cross‑organisation stakeholder engagement.
- Overseeing end‑to‑end processes and supporting continuous improvement to mitigate technical concerns.
- Working with the wider team to define and verify acceptances.
- Assisting with the development and satisfaction of the programme’s Verification & Validation needs.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Systems engineering domain knowledge.
- Ability to translate technical issues to a wider stakeholder audience.
- Experience with requirements management toolsets (e.g. Doors, Cradle).
- Degree level qualification (ideally STEM) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Ability to identify issues/future risk, evaluate and implement solutions.
