Kennedys is seeking a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join our growing Disease team in Sheffield, Manchester or Leeds. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, forward‑thinking team dedicated to providing top‑tier legal services. You will manage a diverse, high‑quality caseload, working on complex and high‑profile cases that will challenge and develop your legal expertise.
Our national practice covers personal injury claims from seven office locations across the UK. We act on complex and high‑profile cases led by experienced Partners, often instructed on UK cases that require cross‑border quantum investigations via our international offices.
Clients:
- Insurers
- Corporates
- TPAs
- Brokers
Cases:
- Asbestos
- Noise‑Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL)
- Hand‑Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS)
- Employer's Liability / Public Liability (EL/PL)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience of defendant disease litigated claims gained within a law firm.
- Track record of capably handling a caseload of fast/multi‑track and DCP claims.
- Experience of client contact.
