Salary: Circa £75,000 depending on skills and experience with executive car allowance and bonus on top.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing a team between 10-15 SAP Functional/Technical specialists plus external resources based on delivery requirements.
- The team are accountable for the Support of existing SAP centric solutions, Architecture and Delivery or involvement of ongoing projects.
- This role manages the section of the team supporting the Planning, Manufacturing, Quality and Plant Maintenance (EAM) capabilities.
- Developing and maintaining relevant relationships with senior stakeholders for the product.
- You will have the opportunity to develop and implement operational ITIL processes and policies to achieve the required business service levels, e.g. incident management, change management and release management.
- You will be accountable for ensuring the ongoing professional development and adaptation of the team to meet business needs.
- Deputise for the Senior Product Manager as required.
Essential Your skills and experiences:
- Experience of leading and managing SAP functional teams, including people management.
- Good experience of working within a multi-layered large project driven ERP (SAP) environment.
- Demonstrable experience in key roles within multiple full lifecycle SAP projects from planning to service adoption.
- Broad and holistic understanding of SAP lifecycle methodologies including Activate and interactions between key enabling resources e.g. BASIS/ABAP/Security.
Desirable:
- Ideally from an SAP functional consultancy background (any SAP module).

The Product Fulfilment team:
Here in the team, we are accountable for the architecting of, the design and build of, as well as the support of large SAP/ERP centric solutions. They are currently using a SAP system toolset (S/4 HANA 21/09) which serves 12,500 people across different business functions such as Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Plant Maintenance, Finance, HR, Sales, and Logistics. The solution covers all submarine boat programmes current and future and leverages all current SAP technologies e.g. Fiori.
We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
