Job Overview
Are you passionate about empowering sales teams and enabling them to reach their full potential? Intuit's International Sales Enablement team is seeking a senior sales enablement professional to design and deliver the enablement strategy for our Mailchimp sales teams across EMEA, Canada & LATAM, and APAC. In this role, you will own Mailchimp sales enablement internationally - ensuring sellers are fully supported with onboarding, training, product knowledge, and tools. You will work closely with stakeholders in Sales, PMM, and Sales Ops to align enablement priorities, while leading contingent enablement specialists in our international teams to deliver programs in each region. This role is part of the International Sales Enablement function, working alongside other regional Sales Enablement Leads to provide consistent, high-impact enablement for our global sales organisation. Your work will directly enable our international Mailchimp sellers to accelerate performance, improve customer outcomes, and drive growth across Intuit's global ecosystem. We work in a hybrid environment and our teams come into our Victoria, London, office 3 x days a week.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment: Define and deliver the international Mailchimp sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities. Partner with Sales, PMM, and Sales Ops leaders to prioritise enablement programs that address seller needs and drive measurable business outcomes. Represent Mailchimp enablement within the International Sales Enablement function, ensuring Mailchimp requirements are considered in global planning.
- Program Ownership: Own enablement across four core areas: new hire onboarding, selling skills, product knowledge/messaging, and technology/tools. Ensure programs are tailored for Mailchimp sales motions, including value based ROI-focused selling. Collaborate closely with global Mailchimp Enablement and Product Marketing teams to ensure international programs align with global strategy while reflecting local customer and market needs. Oversee delivery of enablement initiatives in collaboration with the global enablement team, adapting where required for international regions.
- New Hire Onboarding: Direct and coordinate onboarding for Mailchimp sales hires, ensuring they are sales-ready within defined timelines. Lead contingent enablement specialists to deliver onboarding programs, including 1-to-1 support and skills assessments. Track and optimise onboarding metrics such as ramp time and speed-to-competency.
- Collaboration & Regional Tailoring: Ensure enablement content and delivery are connected to global programs, while adapting for market-specific launches. Partner closely with regional Mailchimp Sales Leaders to understand business priorities, align enablement plans, and ensure programs directly support regional sales goals and seller needs. Provide feedback and insights from regional teams to global Mailchimp stakeholders, helping shape future enablement content, product messaging, and go-to-market initiatives. Gather feedback from regional sellers and stakeholders to continuously improve enablement programs. Collaborate with QuickBooks enablement leads to align on cross-product programs where applicable.
