What You’ll Do
- As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you will be right at the heart of the action – serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and ensuring everyone leaves feeling great.
- You will help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.
- It is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that offers many opportunities to learn.
- We see our Apprentices as future Team Leaders and will give you comprehensive training and real opportunities to progress.
- Your training will take place in store over the first 12 months, with no college days or homework.
- At the end of the training period you will complete a discussion around your experiences and an observation of you performing your role.
- You will be supported by your team and tutor to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- A positive mindset and clear communication skills

- Desire to learn and improve your knowledge and skills
- Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
You Qualify If
- You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (National 4s for Scotland)
- You are not currently in any form of education and are available for full‑time shifts
- You have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
- You are eligible to work in the UK
- You are brand new to retail
